Our Brass Gravy Vessels, aka the quintessential Anda come with a tin lining. This makes these vessels suitable for cooking tamarind and tomato-based gravies as well. Brass and Tin are said to carry nourishing properties and they have been used by our ancestors to retain most of nutrients of the food cooked in it.
