Our Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Kadai is a sustainable, nourishing, multi-purpose wonder. Made manually by experienced rural artisans, each Kadai is made only using the finest grade of Iron. It is the true embodiment of the slow food movement. Whether it is a slow-cooked Tomato Thokku or Chole or something simple like a vegetable Kadai, this Kadai will help you whip up meals that are earthy and much healthier.
Cast Iron Kadais retain a great amount of heat and due to the nature of its composition, the heat retained is spread evenly across the surface, enabling your food to be cooked uniformly. They also interact with your food and leave behind traces of iron that prevents you from having Iron deficiencies.
Each of our Cast Iron Kadais is seasoned by us, for weeks, with a lot of love and care, so that you can put it to use immediately. They are available in sizes ranging from 8 to 12 inches.
