Seasoned Iron Ethnic Flat Bottom Kadai
Our classic Iron Flat Bottom Kadai gets a royal and traditional twist with the addition of the handle is made of iron and coated with nickel to give it the golden sheen. The kadai, made out of pure Iron is great for cooking up aromatic gravies and delectable shallow fries.
Made by the hand and from the heart of rural artisans who have been doing this for generations, we see this creation as a juxtaposition of functionality and familiarity. The functionality comes from the versatile use of the iron vessel with a nickel coating to bring about a familiarity that reminds us of the traditional cooking methods of our ancestors. Its 10″ in diameter.
