Seasoned Iron Roti Tawa
Our grandmothers often insisted on having two seperate Tawas, one for crispy dosas and the other for perfectly Rotis. Our Iron Roti Tawa takes after this advise and ensures that no roti you makes sticks to the surface of the tawa.
Iron Roti Tawas retain a lot of heat, thereby enabling you to cook Rotis evenly without the hassle of pressing down the sides to ensure its cooked. It’s heavy heat retention also puffs up the Roti and makes it light and soft. As an added advantage, the tawa interacts with the Roti and leaves behind traces of iron that helps you fight iron deficiencies.
For your convenience, all our Iron Roti Tawas come with a wooden handle that will protect your fingers from the heat and it’s lighter weight makes it easier for you to set aside the Tawa after shallow cooking to cook Phulkas directly on the flame.
All our Iron Roti Tawas are pre-seasoned, they consume less oil and are 10 inches in diameter.
