Shipping Policies

  1. Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹999. For International orders charges are applicable based on the product/dimensional weight of the total package which contains the product and the packaging material used.
  2. Your ordered package can be tracked by clicking on the link on the confirmation email sent by us

  4. International shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the items and the dimensions of the package. We kindly request you to contact us via email at help@etbykayal.com or through WhatsApp at 98841 37070. Our team will provide you with the approximate shipping charges within 24–48 working hours.
  5. If products are damaged during transit, Domestic – we will resend the ordered product, free of charge. International – we will initiate the refund to the damaged product value.   6. Delivery time may take between 2 to 8 working days for domestic orders and 6 to 18 working days for international orders based on the shipping address.
