Return and exchange Policies

  1. Products once sold cannot be returned.
  2. Products can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase if there is a defect in the product.
  3. If the product has been used for cooking, the exchange cannot be processed.
  4. Any queries or complaints have to be raised through email or phone within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
  5. If an exchange is processed, the product has to pack in the box that it was received to enable a pickup.
