This is the quintessential brass spice box. Anjara Petti means 5 cavity box but our spice box has 7 separate containers for common spices such as jeera, mustard, etc. It also has a plate on top for keeping dry chilies, cinnamon sticks, etc. A brass spoon also comes with the set.

Use a mixture of tamarind pulp & salt to scrub the vessel entirely. Dish wash may then be used. Then wash with water and dry with clean cloth
