Hand-carved from the natural rock is mined from the foothills of the Eastern Ghats, our soapstone cookware is devoid of any artificial colour and exudes a rustic charm. Wondering whether you can use it on your gas burner? Absolutely! You can efficiently use these to make tamarind-based gravies such as rasams, sambars, kuzhambu and other types of curries right inside your modern kitchen.
We also season these pots in a traditional process using turmeric powder, sesame oil, castor oil and rice water for three weeks to ensure our soapstone cookware is a joy to cook with!
Tips for usage and care: Can be cleaned using regular dish wash soaps or liquids.
