You can efficiently use these to make tamarind-based gravies such as rasams, sambars, kuzhambu and other types of curries right inside your modern kitchen.
We also season these pots in a traditional process using turmeric powder, sesame oil, castor oil and rice water for three weeks to ensure our soapstone cookware is a joy to cook with!
