Seasoned Iron Classic Kadai

The Iron Classic Kadai, known as Irumbu Kadai (Tamil), Inupu Kadai (Telugu), and Lohkhandi Kadai (Marathi), is a traditional cooking staple. Its thick body retains heat, perfect for deep frying, stir-frying, and slow-cooked curries. The pure iron surface enriches food with minerals and earthy flavors. After cooking, please clean the cookware with a regular dish wash agent and scrubber and dry with cloth. Once dried, apply a thin layer of oil before storage to prevent rusting.
