Wooden Dosa Turner
Now you can flip your Dosas in style! These colourful Wooden Dosa Turners are a part of our latest lacquerware collection. Each piece is crafted as per the Kutch tradition using Babul, Neem wood among other local wood varieties. So, why don’t you add some colour to your breakfast routine?
Each of our Lacquerwares are made by the nomadic tribal community of Nirona, Gujarati. They come with zig-zag and geometric patterns bearing contrasting colours. Traditionally, they are gifted to newlywed brides as a part of her wedding trousseau. The colour is born out of colourful local stones which are pressed with lacquer and polished with oil to give it a glossy finish.
Note: Each of our utensils comes with an instruction card on maintenance and long-term care.
