I bought a 9 inch kadai. Very useful to make veggies like Cauliflower, Brinjal fry wherein they tend to release lot of water upon adding to the kadai. Ideal cookware to make potato roast. I use it to make all types of Keerai (palak/greens) curries as we know that the iron content of keerai will be improved if cooked in an iron vessel.
The tawa comes pre-seasoned. The seasoning wears off while cooking turning the veggies bit dull. I keep seasoning before making curries ( as I would have used only few times) and it works perfectly fine.
